Terms and Conditions for the Lenovo S860 Smartphone (Pre-orders)

  • These terms and condition are effective from 24th April to 1st May 2014 for all pre-orders of the Lenovo S860 Smartphone on shoplenovo.co.in.
  • Customers can preorder the Lenovo S860 Smartphone for a nominal amount of INR 1,999/- only. Payment can be made online through debit card, credit card or net banking. Cash or any forms of cash on delivery will not be acceptable for pre-orders.
  • The price of the product is INR 21,499/- as mentioned on shoplenovo.co.in. By paying the booking amount the customer agrees to buy the product at INR 21,499/- and will pay the difference of INR 19,500/- on or before 1st May 2014.
  • The Do Store will send you a payment link to facilitate payment of the balance amount of INR 19,500. The product will be shipped to the customer’s shipping address (as mentioned in the order details) only on receipt of the balance amount.
  • In case the customer does not pay the balance amount on or before the 1st May 2014, the said orders will be deemed cancelled.
  • Order cancellations: A cancellation charge of INR 500/- will be deducted from the amount already received from the customer (applies to both: orders paid in full and the orders with the preorder booking amount of INR 1,999 paid). The cancellation charge includes the payment gateway charges and the service charges for order & refund processing. All refunds will be credited back to the same account via the same payment instrument (the credit card, debit card or bank account used for making the payment) and will be processed within 7-10 working days. Since the processing is done through payment gateways, the refunds will take between 7-10 working days to be credited back.
  • Product replacement/service: Any technical issue with the product must be reported to the Do Store team within 7 days from date of delivery. Once reported, the Do Store team will guide the customer with further steps to either get the phone serviced at an authorized Lenovo Service Center or to get a replacement product (if the product is deemed fit for a replacement).
  • Product returns: For product returns (after delivery of product), the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product back from the customer (once the product reaches the Do Store support team). Product returns will be processed only when the product is not opened or unsealed (in all other cases, product returns would not be accepted). The product will need to be sent back to NDSL in good condition, unused and with the packaging unopened.  A service fee of 2.5 % will be charged in addition to reasonable courier charges and the balance will refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument (i.e. if the order is placed on through a credit card then the fund will be transferred through the payment gateway to the same credit card).
